Vitamins
Vitamin injections — including B12 and other indicated vitamins — when a shot is more useful than a tablet.

Overview
What are vitamin injections?
Vitamin injections are intramuscular shots we use when a targeted nutrient is a reasonable adjunct — vitamin B12 and other vitamins when labs or absorption make a shot more useful than a tablet.
This is not a weekly menu of everything. We pick the vitamin and the frequency for a reason on the chart.

Why patients choose it
Key benefits
- A shorter visit than an IV when a shot is the right route
- Useful when oral vitamins are not absorbing well or levels are low
- B12 and other indicated vitamins — not a one-size cocktail
- Frequency is set and revisited after we see how you respond

What's offered
Vitamins we discuss
- Vitamin B12 when levels or absorption make a shot the better route
- Other vitamins (including D) when labs or history support them
Your visit
After a brief screen (and labs when we need them), the injection is given in the arm or another appropriate muscle. Soreness at the site is common and short-lived.
We will not put you on an endless injection calendar without a reason.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about this treatment — your provider will cover anything specific to you at consultation.
Is this only B12?
B12 is the most common shot. Other vitamins are used when labs or absorption support them — not a weekly everything cocktail.
Do I need labs first?
Often yes if we are replacing a deficiency. We will not guess a stack from a reel.
How often?
Depends on the vitamin and your labs. B12 and D schedules differ. We set a frequency and revisit it.
