Meet the Founder - Dr. Nargiz Gasimova
Dr. Nargiz Gasimova, MD, is the founder of Empire Aesthetics & Longevity and a physician whose background bridges internal medicine, gastroenterology, clinical leadership, and evidence-based patient care.
Her career spans hospital medicine in New Jersey, leadership roles in gastroenterology, advanced clinical training, and extensive academic work, including 14+ peer-reviewed publications and 20+ national and international presentations.
She created Empire around a simple principle: aesthetics should never exist separately from health. The clinic reflects her medical perspective - combining refined aesthetic care with a deeper understanding of wellness, weight management, and longevity to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. Not transformation for the sake of change.
