When should I book a sick visit?
Sick visits are for acute problems: respiratory infections, fever, sore throat, rashes, urinary symptoms, GI upset, and similar concerns that should not wait for an annual exam.
We will tell you if you need the ER or a specialist instead of stretching a clinic visit past its limits.

Who it's for
Adults with new or worsening symptoms appropriate for outpatient care. Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke signs, and major trauma belong in emergency care.
Your visit
Describe the timeline and symptoms; we examine, test if needed, and treat or refer. Prescriptions and work/school notes are handled when clinically appropriate.
Follow up if you worsen, or as we instruct. A sick visit can also uncover something that belongs on your chronic-care or preventive list.

Can I be seen if I am not established?
Often yes, capacity allowing. Call. If we cannot take new sick visits that day, we will say so.
Do you prescribe antibiotics every time?
No. Viral illness does not get antibiotics. We treat when it is indicated and explain when it is not.
What if I need a work note?
We can provide documentation when we have actually evaluated you, consistent with clinical findings.
