Laboratory testing gives us numbers we can act on: metabolic panels, lipids, A1c, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, CBC, and other tests ordered because they answer a question — not because a panel looks impressive on a menu.
Some draws happen here; some are coordinated with an outside lab.
