Hydration

IV fluids to restore hydration after travel, illness, training, or a depleted week.

Hydration

Overview

What is IV hydration?

IV hydration is an IV drip we mix after a clinical screen — not a spa add-on without questions. A fluid-focused drip when you are depleted from travel, heat, training, or a rough few days.

IVs are supportive. They do not replace sleep, nutrition, or medical treatment for illness.

Hydration

How it's given

A standard peripheral IV. We review medications, allergies, and vitals before we hang the bag.

Your visit

After the screen, we place an IV and you rest, read, or work in the chair while the drip runs. Tell us if you feel unwell during or after the infusion.

You can usually return to your day afterward. Drink water and follow any aftercare we give you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about this treatment — your provider will cover anything specific to you at consultation.

Do I need labs before IV hydration?

Not always for a straightforward hydration-style drip; we still screen. Recurring or high-dose nutrient IVs may need labs. We will not infuse past a safety line.

How long does it take?

Often 30–60 minutes depending on the bag and how you tolerate the rate.

Can an IV replace medical care?

IV hydration can help you feel better by restoring fluids and selected nutrients. It is not a cure for infection, or a license to ignore sleep and alcohol limits.
