Your visit
After consultation and photos, we numb as needed, then place filler with needle or cannula depending on the area. You may feel pressure more than pain. Mild swelling and bruising are common for a few days.
We review aftercare in the room — sleep slightly elevated, skip intense heat and exercise briefly, and reach out if anything feels off.

Which filler do you use for tear trough / under-eye filler?
Restylane, RHA, or JUVÉDERM — under-eyes need a conservative, appropriate gel — or no filler. If skin quality is the problem, we will say so.
How long will it last?
Often six to eighteen months depending on the product, area, and your metabolism. Softer, more mobile areas usually fade faster.
Can it be dissolved?
Yes, when we use hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronidase can reverse it if needed — one reason we prefer HA when the plan might need adjustment.
