Microneedling
Collagen induction for smoother texture, refined pores, and firmer-looking skin.

Overview
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels that signal collagen and elastin repair. It is a workhorse for texture, fine lines, pore appearance, and acne scarring — with less downtime than ablative lasers.
At Empire it can stand alone or be paired with PRP, PRFM, or exosomes when your skin plan calls for growth-factor support.

Areas & what to expect
Treatable areas
Face, neck, décolleté, and selected body areas for scarring. Depth and pass count are calibrated to your skin, not a default setting.
Your visit
Numbing cream is applied, then the device is passed at a planned depth. Skin is typically pink — similar to a mild sunburn — for 24–48 hours.
Skip makeup, actives, and heat the first day. A series of three sessions, four to six weeks apart, is common; deeper scarring may need more.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about this treatment — your provider will cover anything specific to you at consultation.
How many microneedling sessions do I need?
Three sessions, four to six weeks apart, is a typical starting series. Scarring and texture goals may need more; maintenance is lighter.
Can I wear makeup after?
Wait about 24 hours. Use what we recommend, then SPF. Actives (retinoids, acids) stay paused until we say otherwise.
Can I combine it with PRP, PRFM, or exosomes?
Yes — that is a common protocol. We decide in consult, not at the last minute in the room, so prep and pricing are clear.
