Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator. Instead of sitting as a gel the way hyaluronic acid fillers do, it encourages your own collagen so volume returns gradually over a series of treatments.
It is often chosen for temples, midface, and overall facial structure when the goal is a subtle rebuild rather than an instant fill.

Treatable areas
Temples, cheeks, midface, jawline support, and other areas of collagen loss determined at consultation. Sculptra is not typically used in the lips or under-eyes.
Your visit
Sculptra is reconstituted, placed in a grid or fanning pattern, and then massaged. You will be asked to massage the area at home for several days (the "5-5-5" routine: five minutes, five times a day, for five days).
Most patients complete two to three sessions spaced about a month apart. Volume continues to improve for months after the last visit.

How many sessions will I need?

Why do I have to massage afterward?
Massage helps distribute the product evenly and reduces the chance of nodules. We will teach the 5-5-5 routine if it applies to your protocol.
