NewPatientVisits
Your first primary-care visit: history, exam, and a plan so the chart is yours from day one.

Overview
What happens at a new-patient visit?
A new-patient primary-care visit is how we open your chart: history, medications, exam, and what you want from a medical home — not a rushed intake form.
Bring records if you have them. We will still take our own history.

Why patients choose it

Who it's for
Adults establishing care in our New York studio. We are not an emergency department.
Your visit
You complete intake, we sit down, examine what is needed, and order labs or imaging when they answer a question.
You leave with a follow-up plan — not a shrug.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about this treatment — your provider will cover anything specific to you at consultation.
How long is the first visit?
Longer than a sick visit. We block time to take a real history. Arrive with a medication list.
Can I get a refill the same day?
Sometimes, if it is safe and we have enough history. Controlled substances and "just refill it" are not automatic.
Do you take my old records?
Yes — bring them or help us request them. We still examine you ourselves.
