It is not a rushed form-signing. We use it to reset the plan for the year ahead.

Adults establishing care or maintaining yearly wellness exams. Bring prior records if you have them; we will still take our own history.
Your visit
Expect questions, an exam, and a discussion of labs — some drawn that day, some scheduled. We go through medications, supplements, and any aesthetic or weight-loss treatments you receive here or elsewhere.
Results are reviewed with a plan: continue, adjust, or investigate. That follow-through is part of the physical, not a separate mystery.

Medication list, prior records if you have them, and questions. Fasting may be required if we are drawing certain labs — we will tell you when you book.
How long is the visit?
Longer than a sick visit. We protect time for history, exam, and planning. It is not a five-minute stamp.
Will I get every test the same day?
Some yes, some no. Imaging and specialty screening are scheduled. Labs may be drawn in-office or at a partner lab.
